The Commercial Mobile Radio Service Emergency Telecommunications Board (CMRS Board) is charged with administrating the CMRS fund for the purpose of implementing wireless emergency Enhanced 911 service throughout Kentucky in accordance with State and Federal Legislation and Regulations.

Please use your username and password from previous entries. Upon signing in, information previously submitted should appear. If you do not know your username and password, please contact the CMRS Board office to obtain a new one.
Surveys must be updated annually at a minimum but may be accessed and updated by existing users at anytime.
**The 2013 CMRS Board PSAP Survey should be completed by all PSAPs no later than May 31st, 2013.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CMRS BOARD'S EFT SYSTEM
The CMRS Board’s Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment application is now up and running!!
After several months "off line," the CMRS Board's EFT remittance system has been revamped and is now operational again.
Access to the CMRS Board's EFT system can be found by clicking this link: https://secure.kentucky.gov/formservices/CMRS/EFTRemmitance.
*Before logging into the EFT system for the first time, you will be required to register as a new user with Kentucky.gov. Once you have registered, please email Krista Harrod at krista.harrod@ky.gov with your username information so that she may grant you access to the system.
YOU ARE REGISTERING YOUR WIRELESS CARRIER (Company), NOT YOURSELF. Only one username should be created per Carrier. This will enable the system to keep up with your Carrier's payment history more accurately.
All information requested to be provided is authorized by KRS 65.7630 and requires a response.
