Surveys must be updated annually at a minimum but may be accessed and updated by existing users at anytime.

*When visiting the CMRS Board Offices, it is recommended that Visitors park across the street in the Memorial Baptist Church parking lot. There are also four spaces reserved for Visitors in the front of our building which are available for use by CMRS Visitors.
