Captain John Bradley Kentucky State Police *serves as the Kentucky State Police Commissioner's Designee
Richard Guittar Director, Network Operations AT&T Wireless *serves as a representative of all CMRS providers
Dee Hopper 911 Director (Ret.) *serves as a representative of the Kentucky Emergency Number Association and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials
Ann Johnson 911 Director Mt. Sterling/Montgomery County E911 *serves as a representative of directors of a certified public safety answering point operated by a local government entity or a consolidated group of local governmental entities
