Carrier EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Sign Up:

Wireless carriers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky are required to pay collected 911 surcharge via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), pursuant to KAR 202 6:080. The Commonwealth has set up a secure application to accept these payments. Carriers can self register for this service.  CMRS EFT Instructions (PDF, 33 K).

You must first Add Carrier/Reseller Profile then Add Carrier/Reseller Contact Profile. Your information must be approved before you can login and use the EFT Submittal process. You will be contacted via e-mail.
