CMRS Certification Manual

"The Office of the 911 Coordinator/CMRS Board welcomes PSAPs across Kentucky to become eligible for Phase II certification.

In an effort to assist those PSAPs that want to become Phase II certified and therefore eligible to receive CMRS funds, a packet of information has been developed which includes an application, certification guidelines and checklists, as well as sample documents to guide you through the certification process.
